Tofu Teriyaki Bowls

  • Extra firm tofu

  • 1 cup of uncooked jasmine rice

  • 3 cups of broccoli

  • Almond flour

  • Oceans Halo teriyaki sauce

  • Canola oil

  • Sesame seeds


  1. Tofu comes in liquid, so you will need to take it out of the package and gently squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible using paper towel or a towel.

  2. Pull pieces of the tofu off, making rough little bite size pieces, and then coat each piece in flour.

  3. Put the canola oil on the stove in a shallow pan and heat it up On medium-high heat until it’s ready to fry. You’ll be able to test this with a piece of tofu. The oil will bubble around the tofu if it’s hot enough.

  4. Fry the tofu until it has a crunchy outside and it has turned light golden brown.

  5. Take the tofu out of the oil and place it on a paper towel covered plate to soak up any extra oil.

  6. Coat the fried tofu in the Oceans Halo teriyaki sauce.

  7. Cook the rice according to package directions.

  8. Roast broccoli in the oven with oil, salt and pepper on 375 degrees until the broccoli is soft.

  9. Add it all to your bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
