Smart Thin Crust Personal Pizza

This entire pizza is less than 300 calories and SUPER EASY to make!


  • 1 whole wheat/ low carb tortilla

  • 1/3 cup of pizza sauce (I like a lot of sauce, so you can reduce this if you don't!)

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp of shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 oz of ground seasoned turkey burger

  • 1/4 cup of chopped spinach, basil or arugula. (you choose your favorite)

  • Thinly sliced tomatoes (roughly 6 thin slices)

  • Thinly sliced red onions (roughly 3 tbsp)


  1. On a oil-sprayed, non-stick baking sheet, place your tortilla down and spread the sauce on the top of it. Its best to cover as much of the tortilla as possible to avoid overdone edges (you can leave a little edge on the sides).

  2. Start by adding the cheese and then layer the other ingredients on the tortilla.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees until the tortilla is crispy!
