One Pot Spinach & Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

1 small red onion (diced)
3 carrots (peeled & sliced)
1/4 cup of spinach (chopped)
1.5 cups of precooked chicken (diced)
1-2 tsp chicken bullion
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
6 cups of chicken stock
1-1.5 cups of noodles
Green onions (to top)
Parmesan cheese (to top)
In a large pot, add your cooked chicken, carrots, spinach and onion.
Then add in 1/2 cup of chicken stock and sauté until your carrots are tender.
Add all the seasonings to your pot along with the chicken stock and the noodles.
Bring to a boil and cook until the noodles are finished.
Serve with chopped green onions and parmesan cheese.
