You guysssss! If you love buffalo chicken or buffalo sauce then you will absolutely love this salad. We eat a ton of salads in our house and I’ve been trying some new ones lately... we’ve now had this one multiple times because it’s THAT good. I promise. Go make it right now! lol
Salad Ingredients (Makes 2 large salads):
4-6 pre-cooked buffalo chicken strips (depending on size and how much protein you want), roasted in the oven until crispy
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup of bleu cheese crumbles
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
1 small red onion
1/2 cup Sante Fe style crispy tortilla strips
2 small jalapeños (fresh and chopped)
1/2 cup canned golden corn (drained)
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
1/4 cup of ranch
1 tsp fresh garlic
Salt and pepper
Split all the ingredients in half and add each half to two separate salad bowls.
Start with the chopped iceberg lettuce, then add the warm chicken, cheese, sliced red onion, chopped jalapeño, tortilla strips and drained corn.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined. This dressing is a super easy one!
